Hello Parents!
This has been a great week in Kindergarten at AMA. The students have been getting back into the swing of things. Sometimes even just a couple day break can make them forget their worktime goals. We hope everyone had an enjoyable long weekend with their families.
We have spent this week focusing on past, present, and future. All teachers discussed this before break, however, now the students needed to present their timelines. These turned out great! Each student enjoyed getting up and telling their classmates about how they have grown. The vocabulary was excellent and they really seemed to understand the concept. Graded rubrics will be given out with the other report card assessments at conferenes.
Conferences will be on Thursday and Friday next week. Please be sure to be on time because we do not have a lot of extra time between conferences. In order to give all of you the maximum amount of time we had to schedule them back to back. Each teacher will be giving out report cards and the assessments that were given during the end of November. If any conflict arises then please call the office and notify your childs teacher.
